Limited Availabilty – Red & White (ABV 10)*** Belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander & orange peel & fermented with Pinot Noir juice. After fermentation a fraction of the batch is aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels, & another fraction is aged on oak staves. The beer is blended together before packaging.  One of their most popular Limited Edition beers. It successfully marries the refreshing citrusy qualities of a Belgian-style white beer with the robust complexity of a bold red wine. 
 Abita Purple Haze – Raspberry Wheat Beer (ABV 4.2) A crisp, American style wheat beer with raspberry puree added after filtration. Therefore, you may see raspberry pulp in the beer. The raspberries provide the lager with a subtle purple coloration & haze, a fruity aroma, & a tartly sweet taste.

La Chouffe Belgian Golden Ale (ABV 8)- The Little Gnome that Could -strong, spicy, lightly hoppy, with evoluting taste. Natural Beer, bottle refermented, unfiltered, not pasteurised & without any additives.  Maybe it is the gnomes that sneak in the brewery at night that make this so good! 
 Chimay Blue (ABV 9)*** A beer whose fragrance of fresh yeast with a light, flowery rosy touch is especially pleasant. Its flavor, noticed when tasting it, only accentuates the pleasant sensations perceived in the aroma, while revealing a light but pleasant touch of roasted malt.
 Delirium Tremens Tremens (ABV 9) We have all heard of the D.T.'s, now anyone can enjoy them without the medical condition. A lightly golden colored Belgian strong ale. Tremens boasts to be the greatest beer in the world, you be the judge. This Belgian strong is full bodied & complex. Fruity esters & bubble gum, cotton candy sweetness makes this a very tasty choice.
 Huyghe Delirium Nocturnum (ABV 8.5) Dark brown beer with a huge creamy head that lasts & lasts.  A slightly woody, nutty flavor with a strong floral, fruity aroma. Sweet but not over the top, & nicely hoppy & bitter in the finish. A beautiful beer to drink, highly recommended. 
 Delirium Noel  (ABV 10) 12 oz oz & 750 ml Spicy & flavorful beer with hints of cinnamon, piney hops, & alcohol. Slight caramel flavor & has a balance of sweetness with a slightly bitter aftertaste. 
 Gouden Carolus Triple (ABV 9) Dark copper red. Fruity roasted malt aromas with a subtle winey character follow through on a full-bodied palate with sweet malty flavors that combine well with floral hop notes.
Duvel (ABV 8.5) Name means devil in Flemish, a fitting name for this golden strong ale from Belgium.
   Kasteel Donker (Brun) (ABV 11) Big beer. Dark brown with medium white head. All malt aroma of toffee & fruits. The taste is extra sweet. Plums, caramel, malt, grapes.
Kasteel Triple (ABV 11)*** Frothy & light looking blonde beer with a very fruity, malty & alcoholic aroma. A sweet tasting, strong beer.
 Kasteel Rouge (ABV 8)*** This beer is dark cherry red & pours a large foamy pink head with lacing. Its aroma & taste is sweet vanilla, tart cherries & toasted malt.

 

 Fullers London Pride (ABV 4.7) Smooth & astonishingly complex beer, which has a distinctive malty base complemented by a rich balance of well developed hop flavors from the Target, Challenger & Northdown varieties in the brew.
Fullers - London Porter  (ABV 5.4) 
Smooth, rich, & strong, this porter is brewed from a blend of brown, crystal & chocolate malts for a creamy delivery balanced by traditional Fuggles hops. Cloudy reddish amber, nice lasting head, bitterness was moderate & this ale goes down smooth
  Hen’s Tooth (ABV  6.5) A strong bottle-conditioned beer from Morland. Reddish-amber color with a high-rise, bubbly head subsiding to a fairly light, lasting creamy layer.
 Black Sheep Monty Python Holy Rail  (ABV 4.7)  Holy Grail Bitter was specially commissioned to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Monty Python. It has a distinctive taste with plenty of fruity hops, & is full flavored with a dry & refreshing bitterness.
 Moorehouse Blond Bitch (ABV 4.5)  An American Blond Ale, brewed of sunlight, topped with a delicate, thin white head that leaves a tatting of the finest English lace on the glass. Honey, hay & citrus dominate the olfactory senses. Lemon zest, apricots, malt & a honeyed sweetness float across the palate. The light, crisp body seduces you into an everlasting spell.
William Sir Perry’s Cider (ABV 6)  Baby Cham redone!  A crisp clean pear cider.
 Tetley’s (ABV 4.7) The perfect blend of premium barley from England's golden cornfields, selected hops & mineral-rich water from deep below the Yorkshire Dales. With modern technology, opening of the can triggers the release of Nitrogen from a floating widget to ensure you get the same dense creamy head for the deliciously smoothness with a mellow, malty flavour. Devouring Tetley's English Ale is reminiscent of enjoying a Tetley's fresh from a tap in an English Pub!
Sammy Smith’s Nut Brown Ale (AVB 5) A specialty in Northern England, mentioned in literature in the 16th century. Beers brewed at the old brewery have a round, nutty flavor because of the Yorkshire square system of fermentation.  Walnut-like color & palate of hazelnuts. Wonderful balance of roasted crystal malt & aromatic hops. Long clean finish.
Sammy Smith’s Oatmeal Stout (ABV 5) A delicately flavored golden ale in which subtle fruity esters from the Samuel Smith yeast strain interact with a background of maltiness & fresh hops. Certified Organic.
Sammy Smith’s Taddy Porter (ABV 5) Very dark, full in body & packed with flavor. Intense, dry tangy character of roasted barley.
 Sammy Smith Winter Welcome Ale (ABV 6)  Throughout history, beer of somewhat higher alcohol & richness has been enjoyed for the winter holidays, when old friends get together to enjoy the season. Wassail, a festival to celebrate winter & the beer that goes with it, predates the Christian era. Winter Welcome is vintage-dated with a special label each year
Wells Banana Bread Ale (ABV 5.2) Dark golden colored ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavor unfolds with a sensual sparkle & a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavor, emphasized by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas & finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.

 

The Bruery
   (ABV 6.5)  Spring Saison is light blonde in color with a fresh hoppiness & a wild & rustic Brettanomyces character. Lighter in color and alcohol than the Saison Rue, yet equally complex in its own way. Perfect for warmer weather and Spring celebrations.

Mischief is a Hoppy Belgian-Style Golden Strong Ale. This wickedly good golden ale is fiendishly dry-hopped with American hops to add a layer of complexity and mystery to its fruity, dry Belgian-style character. Citrus and resin diabolically combine with ripe melon, pear and slight peppery spice in a precariously effervescent mixture. Enjoy it, but you'll want to keep an eye out.
Bruery Orchard White (ABV 5.7)  
Orchard White is an unfiltered, bottle conditioned Belgian-style witbier. This hazy, straw yellow beer is spiced with coriander, citrus peel & lavender added to the boil & whirlpool. A spicy, fruity yeast strain is used to add complexity, & rolled oats are added for a silky texture.
 Bruery Two Turtle Doves (ABV 12) Belgian-style dark ale brewed with cocoa nibs & toasted pecans. The second verse of our "Twelve Beers of Christmas" saga begins with caramel & toasty, nutty malt with a luscious layer of chocolate. Happy Holidays!
 Lagunitas Little Sumpin Extra (ABV 7.7)  Way smooth & silky with a nice wheaty-esque-ish-ness. Just the little sumpin' sumpin' we all need to kick Summer into full swing!
 Moylan’s Kilt Lifter (ABV8) Scotch Style. Rich malt balances perfectly with delicate hops to provide a concentrated & intense flavor; an ideal companion for hearty foods, or as a meal unto itsself. Allow this ale to warm slightly in your glass to enhance its truly bold character .
  Stone Levitation (ABV 4.4) Big hoppy character with rich malt flavors & citric overtones.
Stone Smoked Porter 22oz (ABV 5.9)  dark, rich & complicated.  Deep Mahogany color, silky dark tan head. Rich full bodied & robust. Smooth with chocolate, coffee-like flavors balanced by the “smoky” character.
 Stone Arrogant Bastard 22oz (ABV 7.2) This is an aggressive beer. You probably won't like it. We doubt that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate an ale of this quality & depth (however, you're chances are greatly increased if you have enough taste to be in this establishment).
 STONE DOUBLE ARROGANT BASTARD (ABV 10.5) 22 oz  & Magnum (over 100 oz)*** A huge malt bill & belligerent hoppiness make this heavy ale one that will be appreciated by only a few, & that’s just fine with us.  This mordant dark amber monster wasn’t brewed to please anyone than the brewers.  If you think you are truly worthy (& if you have to ask yourself that question, you aren’t) then crack a bottle, drink deeply, & bask in all its glory.  If you are scared or confused by the complexity of this beer, go back to drinking something you saw advertised on TV.
 Albino Python (ABV 6) 22oz bottle A white lager with spices including ginger. Most charming: the sensual dance of provacative hops & spices entwined with a sumptious & elegant malt body. Taste the rapture . Surrender to tempation.  Seduce & be seduced.

 Éphémère (ABV 5.5)White Ale Apple has an alluring pale golden color, effervescent foam, & a mouth-watering bouquet of Granny Smith apples & spices. It is slightly sweet, slightly tart & refreshingly thirst-quenching.
 Unibroue Lafin du Monde (ABV 9) A strong triple style with brilliant golden color with vigorously effervescent foam.It is midly yeasty with a complex palate of malt, fruit & spice notes followed by a smooth, dry finish.
  Unibroue Maudite (the damned one) (ABV 8) Deep amber-red color with a rocky foam head & an appealing aroma of wild spices & floral hop notes. 
It is spicy, vinous, & deliciously complex with a crisp hop finish.

 Terrapin Hopsecutioner (ABV 7.2) Here ye, here ye…All hopheads shall herewith rejoice! Terrapin has recruited ye old HOPSECUTIONER to execute the exact hop profile for this killer IPA!

Dogfish 60 min IPA (ABV 6) Continuously & intensely hopped.  A powerful East Coast I.P.A. with a lot of citrusy hop character.
Dogfish Head  90 min IPA  (ABV 9)  What you have here is a India Pale Ale featuring a single, constant 90 minute hop addition of Warrior, Simcoe, & Amarillo hops. It's balanced by a ridiculous amount of English two-row barley. Then they dry-hop it in every tank.
 Dogfish 120 min IPA **** (ABV ranges 18-23) Limited Availability ONE PER CUSTOMER:  Too extreme to be called beer? Boiled for a full 2 hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month & aged for another month on whole-leaf hops!!! The 120 Minute I.P.A. is by far the biggest I.P.A. ever brewed! They brew 120 Minute IPA three times a year, but it goes fast. If you find some grab a few bottles, some to enjoy & some to age.

Flying Dog In Heat Wheat (ABV4.7) German-style Hefeweizen, full flavor beer, perfect for the more adventurous craft beer drinker. The addition of malted white wheat gives this brew its smooth, full mouth feel. Proprietary yeast creates intriguing flavors of bananas & cloves.

 Bell’s Two Hearted Ale (ABV 7) IPA style. American malts & enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish & incredible floral hop aroma.
 Bell’s Best Brown (ABV 5.8 ) Rich brown ale perfect for the fall & winter. Plenty of malt character &
smooth sweet finish give this brown ale its distinct character.
 Bell’s Sparkling Ale (ABV 8.2) Sparkling Ale is an American Triple, fermented with both Trappist & Belgian yeast. The result is a golden, malty ale, high in alcohol with a fruity nose, a rich ester profile & tart finish.

Smuttynose Old Brown Dog   (ABV 5.7)

Thirsty Dog Leg Humper (ABV 5.7) A robust porter, dark brown in color & full-bodied with a malty sweet taste. Deep roasted, yet silky-smooth! Two types of roasted malts, including deep-roasted chocolate malt are used to give this porter a rich, chocolatey taste.

Belhaven Scottish Ale (ABV 5.2) Malty & hoppy. At Belhaven they've been brewing it longer than any of the other beers they produce. Delivering a sweet, smooth & creamy finish, Scottish Ale has a stunning ruby color in the glass.
